User Logs (they have to be enabled in the right panel) allow you to see not only the messages and files people posted, but also their actions — creating a new task, changing its status, deleting an item, etc. It makes it easier for you to keep track of any changes.
AND, if you deleted something by mistake, you can use the "restore" link by the deletion log to restore deleted items!
