General Report

If you want to build a custom report — like all the tasks completed for a client, all the activity inside one project or all the active projects/tasks for the past month, etc. — General Report is what you need. You can create a wide range of report variations, combining the available filters.

  • Filter by dates range, groups, projects, team members, clients, etc.
  • Compact and detailed views — show or hide project/task info or all the activity
  • Customize the report columns and sort by any column
  • Export to CSV/Excel

Time Report

Aggregates the hours spent on tasks:

If you need to to find out what your team is spending their time on — Time Report can help you. This report cab be useful for generating invoices, as the data can be exported into CSV and then imported into your invoicing software.

Workload Reports

Workload Reports help you visualize and plan your team's workload based on the number of tasks assigned or Estimated Hours in those tasks.

Current Workload Report shows the total of assigned tasks/hours for each team member:
